What is a Computer Auditor?

Computer Auditors usually work for external auditing firms which are hired by a company to audit their information technology departments.

As a Computer Auditor you will need to have extensive knowledge of the IT industry and preferably a background in finance.

What does a Computer Auditor do?

These audits are usually divided into 5 categories:

  • development or programming standards as well as the accompanied documentation are evaluated
