Education and Training Consultant

They discuss strategies and requirements with clients and then provide workable training solutions.  Their duties include developing and maintaining business relationships with new and existing clients, conducting and analysing market research to ensure the best possible training solution is recommended and presenting proposals and statistics to clients. They design and plan the training programs and learning materials needed for training and oversee the implementation of the training program.  Education and training consultants also attend seminars, workshops trade shows and conference to keep abreast of new developments in their specific industry.
