Computer Support Technicians help people with the technical problems they have in making their computers work.
Not only do they need to know the hardware and software on computers really well but they need to know how to communicate with the people they are trying to help. There are several courses which only require only Maths and English at Grade 12 level (4) and being able to use a personal computer competently.
