A short introduction from Elona Hlatshwayo

I have over a decade of experience gained in a dynamic market in Southern Africa, USA, UK, and Ireland, and hold an MSc in International Business Management. I am a certified Life, Career and Business Coach with European accreditation (ACTC) as well as COMENSA accreditation with the designation – Registered Coach.
I started my career in Human Resources working for a large retailer in South Africa. I gained experience consulting in various industries in the public and private sectors as a psychometrist. After this I was a regional Head of Assessment for one of the big four banks in South Africa.
In an ever-changing world, finding balance has been important for me as a wife, mother and business woman. I share the lessons I have learnt over the years, helping people be aware of the dangers of burnout as success seekers who have a desire to maintain good balance in their personal lives, well-being and recreation. Additionally; I help people develop growth strategies in their careers as well as their businesses/ teams.
I provide training workshops, and individual as well as group coaching programs. My goal is to coach many professionals on how to successfully navigate and grow in their careers. I have been matching people and careers and have seen that people flourish when they are in the right job/business.
On larger projects; I work with a diverse team of highly experienced professionals and my network is ever expanding.
