    REMEMBER!!

    • Universities use the Accumulative/Academic Point Score (APS) as well as marks in single subjects to decide on your application. The APS adds all your marks together.
    • Although the minimum required mark for a course might be, for e.g. 50-59% for Maths Literacy, there are hundreds of learners competing for that one place and the University may choose higher scoring applicants. Choose more than one course to study and more than one institution to study at. And try for the very highest mark you can get to improve your chances.
    • Universities conduct a BENCHMARK TEST that may affect what you are allowed to do.
