PATH 1
- A lot of House Builders get on-the-job training.
PATH 2
- There is a comprehensive course offered by most of the Public TVET (FET) colleges throughout the country .
- N1 to N3 National Certificates in the Building and Civil Engineering. Each level = 12 weeks.
Includes:

• Painting
• Wood machinist and joinery
• Specialised field in the industry (roofing, tiling, glazing, cabinetmaking, waterproofing, trainee draughts person etc)
Requirements: Minimum Grade 9 with mathematics above 60%.
