How do I become a Bird (Avian) Farm Manager?

Training is usually required on the job.  Working with an experienced Bird Farmer is the way to go.  No special training is available to become a bird-farm manager, however a love of birds is very important. 

A degree or diploma in farm management and/or further studies in avian science would be recommended.
